“The impartial administration of justice, which secures both our persons and our properties, is the great end of civil society. But if that be entirely intrusted to the magistracy,–a select body of men, and those generally selected, by the prince, of such as enjoy the highest offices of the state,–these decisions, in spite of their own natural integrity, will have frequently an involuntary bias towards those of their own rank and dignity. Who owns you? Let’s assume that you are an “object,” created by “God.” Your life is a gift. You have various “properties,” which have “value,” economically. You are the “authority” OVER yourself. Others who seek to have “authority” OVER you have the burden of proving their superior right to have that authority.
You have the Right to resist unlawful arrest.
Under Federal law which is applicable to all states, the U.S. Supreme Court stated that if a court is “without authority, its judgments and orders are regarded as nullities. They are not voidable, but simply void; and form no bar to a recovery sought, even prior to a reversal in opposition to them. An attorney is an officer of “the court.” Hiring an attorney creates consent.

When you hire one, you have agreed to allow the attorney to RE-present you, the flesh and blood man or woman, in the Elite’s legal game. You have agreed to exchange your unalienable Rights as a people, superior to your servants, for mere civil privileges as their subject. You have granted the United States corporation to have authority OVER you. You have agreed to UNDER-STAND the corporation.

A colleague, Burt, filed his cases in federal district court (lower case d, c) as a “people,” not as a “person.” He named police, sheriffs, attorneys, etc., as “people,” not “persons.” The free people on American soil are foreign to the jurisdiction of the corp. dba the Govt. of the US of A. Our challenge is to hold these Article III venues accountable to we, the people, to bring our Suits at Common Law pursuant to the 7th Amendment.
While some hang their hat on whether they use the term Pro Se, Sui Juris, In Propia Persona or Pro Per, the reality is the corporate courts view everyone as either represented by legal counsel or Pro Se. You have ZERO rights in their corporate courts, because you don’t exist – they only acknowledge the person, not the people pushing the person around.
Law applies to real people; Legal applies to corporations, persons, residents, etc. Notice how, in the following blurb, the people are RESIDENT within any State.

Attorneys for the corporation dba the Govt. of the United States will attempt to object to the peoples’ suits at law based on their contention that the corporation has “sovereign immunity.” However, the corporation has immunity as a SOVEREIGN only when the people heading up the corporation are sovereign. And that only happens when you consent to be a SUBJECT and STAND UNDER the command of these people. And THAT only happens if and when you have a contract between real people, flesh-to-flesh, a meeting of the minds, consideration, etc. No contract, no consent.

In law, for any matter to be resolved, it must first be expressed. No one is a mind reader. You have to state what the issue is in order to have something to talk about and resolve. A man or woman must put himself on the line, assume a position, and take a stand as regards the matter at hand.
One who is not damaged, put at risk, or willing to swear an oath on his commercial liability for the truth of his statements and legitimacy of his actions, has no basis to assert claims or charges and forfeits all credibility and right.

A U.S. Person is a trust, a franchise, like a McDonalds or a Starbucks. It’s a legal fiction, an entity. A person is a pawn on the Elite’s chessboard. It is a debtor. People use ontologies so that they can communicate about a domain of discourse. A man or woman commits to an ontology if his or her observable actions are consistent with the definitions in the ontology. Ontological commitments are agreements to use the shared vocabulary in a coherent and consistent manner.
Modern attorneys and judges are in the habit of talking with people as though they are U.S. Persons. They use a technique, which is called the “straw man” because it relies on the creation of a false image of someone else’s statements, ideas, or beliefs. They operate upon the presumption that you have consented to be the U.S. Person. When you get a ticket, for example, you are presented with a number of options, none of which allows you to say, “No thanks.” You can complain all day long about your so-called rights, but they will not hear you.
A U.S. Person is a franchise created by the corporation dba the Govt. of the U.S. of A. A real man or woman is granted the role of administrator relative to the U.S. Person, the name in caps. A U.S. Person is a fiction, but a real man or woman is a sovereign over the corporation.
Real people are on the same level as other real people. Corporations can’t tell people what to do! People must consent to all contact from corporations. All law and commerce is by consent, not coercion. Barack Obama admitted as much.
Attempting to approach the system as a real people is fun, but it can also be challenging! It often involves unlearning much of what you have already been taught.
We do not require you to ask ours or others’ permission to be free. You declare yourself to be free and put your would-be rulers on notice to this fact. Then, you must prosecute violations to your new-found freedom aggressively, in the LAWFUL courts.
