First, please read this overview of the 7 Steps to Freedom. You can’t proceed to Step Three until you have completed Step One and Step Two. First, do some research on the topic of the Affidavit. Then, rather than contacting an attorney, check out I am a Free Man and Redress Right’s vids. An undisputed Affidavit stands as truth….sounds like it’s not a bad idea to call your document an “AFFIDAVIT,” nice and big.

EX PARTE. Of the one part. Many things may be done ex parte, when the opposite party has had notice; an affidavit or deposition is said to be taken ex parte when only one of the parties attends to taking the same. Ex parte paterna, on the side of the father, or property descended to a person from his father; ex parte materna, on the part of the mother.

Don’t do anything under the “penalty of perjury” either. Instead, if you want to qualify a statement, use the phrase, “to the best of my knowledge…”.
There are various ways to declare your freedom and put your would-be rulers on notice of the fact. Do some research, check out our samples, and come up with your own. Watch this video and check out ALL of the videos for this guy. He’s very bright!

The important thing is to get started affirming your freedom. Go on the offensive.
It’s just a matter of time before someone in your group gets a ticket for something minor like failure to use your turn signal. Never argue with police. Always cooperate while at the same time indicating your objection and nonconsent.
If you are asked to sign a ticket, be sure to sign the ticket “without prejudice,” which indicates that you do not intend to waive any of your unalienable Rights and a flesh and blood man or woman. It’s another way of saying, “all rights reserved.” You could hand them your Affirmation and Fee Schedule to read. Alternatively, you could lay your documents on the dashboard and say, “If you think you have a higher right than mine, you are welcome to take these documents from my car.”

And so, we can have BOTH….we just need to be people first, and lay a claim on our names and associated accounts. Put the so-called authorities on notice that you are the rightful owner; give them 21 days or so to dispute your claim. Ok I’m new to all this and would like to Declair myseff and family a free man woman chil on the land but soooo much confusion on the “Exact steps to take” I know you say follow the seven steps but half the people I know are so brainwashed they would never participate let alone ever attempt any hearing…Not that i need one anyway…but!…The videos are somewhat helpful but don’t really explain much in such short time…(no harm intended). Is their someone a newbie can contact for assistance…someone with answers and actual human flesh & blood help. Not trying to be funny. I do know some people that would graciously donate…for time…any idea? Oh question # 2. If martial law was to go into affect would all this paperwork still stand. We know the president signed the bill…and they bought plenty of 40cal ammo…for what? somethings about to cook in the kitchen, I can’t stand the heat so I’m trying to get out….
