Government controls what it creates. Did it create you? Of course not! Then on what basis can it claim to control you? In a word: your consent.

In America, in general, there are two jurisdictions, one for real flesh and blood people, who are the CLIENTS of government, and one for U.S. Persons, who are workers, members, employees, accounts, legal fictions, and franchises of government. There are a lot of ways to look at this, and it’s not really easy to figure out. O.K., well, maybe SEDM has figured it out. But their stuff can be overkill when you are just getting started.

The corporation dba the Govt. of the U.S. of A. asks people to forget about our unalienable Rights protected from interference by the Constitution and the Bill of Rights and subject ourselves to their legal jurisdiction by agreeing to be fictional U.S. Persons, corporate franchises. It subsumes real people under its all-encompassing umbrella. The corporation that was established in 1871 is private. It has owners aka the Elite.

What is an image? The Greek word is eikon and is used for statues and other forms of images of something else. Context must be used to determine which form it is. “Statue” fits the grammatical and historic context best here and several translations render or footenote it as such (Amp, GW, HCSB, NJB, and NLT)

Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. Exodus 20:4

The problem doesn’t stem from HAVING a US Person, an account with your name on it, like a fitness club membership. It stems from BEING a US Person, which grants control over ALL of your affairs to the corporation. While your consent is required, your participation is entirely voluntary:

What is “self-assesment?” This means, you choose whether you want to be a real flesh and blood man or woman, with unalienable Rights, protected by the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, capable of self-determination and acting in accordance with the will of our creator, God, capable of stating a claim upon which remedy may be granted in a court of law, or a U.S. Person, with govt.-granted privileges, an object, a fiction, capable of little more than exploitation by the corporation.

Fast Tube by CasperAn IRS W-9 form asks an American man or woman to consent, under penalties of perjury, to agree to be a non-living entity, a legal fiction, a U.S. person as defined in the 14th Amendment to the Constitution. Here’s a screen capture:

What is the definition of a U.S. person? The Fourteenth Amendment (Amendment XIV) to the United States Constitution was adopted on July 9, 1868, as one of the Reconstruction Amendments. Here’s what the 14th Amendment (Title 42) says:

“All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.”

(a) Statement of equal rights
      All persons within the jurisdiction of the United States shall...
    be subject to like punishment, pains, penalties, taxes, licenses,
    and exactions of every kind, and to no other.

Hmmmm….a U.S. Person is a U.S. Citizen, on par with other non-living entities including partnerships, corporations, companies, estates, trusts, etc.

§ 301.7701–7 Trusts—domestic and foreign. (a) In general.

(1) A trust is a United
States person if—
(i) A court within the United States is able to exercise primary supervision
over the administration of the trust (court test); and (ii) One or more United States persons have the authority to control all substantial decisions of the trust (control test).

(2) A trust is a United States person for purposes of the Internal Revenue
Code (Code) on any day that the trust meets both the court test and the control test. For purposes of the regulations in this chapter, the term domestic trust means a trust that is a United States person.

How can a flesh and blood man, woman, or child, created by God, ever be a non-living entity, a trust, or a person, as defined here?

In fact, the U.S. Person being described here is not a real man or woman, but a legal fiction, an abstraction, a clone, an entity with a name in all caps as shown on the birth certificate registration for the living baby. It’s a strawman, a Voodoo Doll of the Elite. This legal fiction lives in a parallel universe, a matrix of Codes, Statutes, and Ordinances such as this, Title 5 of the U.S. Code:

“(B) Allocation of grants. – The Secretary shall award grants to States under this paragraph based on the proportion that the estimated average annual number of birth certificates issued by a State applying for a grant bears to the estimated average annual number of birth certificates issued by all States.

So, by asking you to agree to “be” this entity that they created, the IRS is asking you to accept liability, to be the suretyship, for a debt that you did not create, currently $135,000 per man, woman, and child. This is not mere voluntary servitude, it’s straight up fraud.

This is how the owners and people working in and for the corporation dba the Govt. of the United States absolve themselves of accountability: by pushing their dishonor downward onto honest and hard-working men and women, like modern-day Sin Eaters, who consent to “punishment, pains, penalties, taxes, licenses, and exactions of every kind” and go to jail for victimless crimes in order to offset this “sin debt” that they did not create. The local police, courts, and attorneys are the debt collectors.

You want social justice? Well, what’s “just” about that?

If you want to know why America is under a curse, this is why. The system has eliminated God’s creation, real men and women, from its accounting entirely, thereby accomplishing Lucifer’s #1 objective, the Great Work: taking everyone straight to Hell.

How can men and women on the land in the Republic do the will of our creator, God, if we have consented to be mere GRAVEN IMAGES? While I’m willing to HAVE a public account with transparency, I’m unwilling to BE a public account with no transparency.

The honest approach is to recognize that men and women are entitled to our “separate and equal station.” Real men and women are subject only to God and to our fellow men and women, whether or not they perceive or agree with that reality.
